Shipping Information
Local Delivery service is available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. The range of the service includes Housing Estates, offices and organizations. No delivery service is available to outlying islands and some far away locations. Extra charges will be made for far away location will be added. Delivery time to Hong Kong Local is 1-3 days. Delivery charge: up from 35 HKD. You can also select service of deliver to HK Post Offices. The service is available for you picking up products (within 2Kg) at local post office. We recommended that using the service for far away or outlying island locations. Delivery time is within 1 wk. Delivery charge: up from 25 HKD.
For International orders, will be shipped with DHL, COE, Yamato Transport or SF Express. Delivery time to destination is about 5-14 days, which is subject to destination.
Returns & Exchange
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the order items, color and size. Return / Refund can only be made once authorized by Customer Services. You can send e-mail to us at cs@infinture.com .
In order to process your returns / refunds as quickly as possible, please send following information to us for clarifying the defect: 1. A copy of your order; 2. A copy of your waybill; 3. Reason for return; 4. Photo of packing; 5. Photo of defect item. When sending items for return / refund, the products should be preferably packaged in their original box, and sent by ordinary certified mail to the address we gave you in the return authorization process.
Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services) - Products can be returned or refunded if there is a quality problem within 10days after receiving the goods subject to below criteria: 1. Products can be returned / refunded provided that the products are in new and clean conditions; 2. Products are attached with original tags; 3. Products are regular priced items. No return on items during promotion period; 4. Effective order is needed for product return / refund; 5. Oversea order (out of HK) cannot be returned, refund will be made for oversea order; 6. Refund will be made for out of stock item; 7. INFINTURE reserves the right for final decision.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, return item or credit will be processed against the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days after receipt for processing your refund. The refund transaction may be appeared in the next or the one after next statement.
