Company operates this website in the Hong Kong. Artwork Requirement
Please make sure artwork has been saved in vector format or photo with high resolution (equal to or >300 ppi saved in correct dimension)
Materials that you Transmit
You, and not iNFINTURE, are solely responsible for all text, photos, images, data, audio, video, and other materials of any kind (“Submissions”) that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit (collectively, “transmit”) via any portion of the Website. By transmitting your Submissions to INFINTURE, you are certifying to us that you have the right to use and submit the Submissions and to authorize us to create the Products you order. You agree not to use the Website to transmit: any Submissions that are politics, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or invasive of another’s privacy; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; any materials that you do not have a legal right to make available or that infringe any patent, trademark trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party; any junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or materials that contain viruses or other harmful components; or harvest or otherwise collection information about others. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. In case if we observe these kinds of orders, we will stop production and return money (amount after deducted service charge) within a week, the service charge’s amount is the payment charged by bank.
INFINTURE does not endorse the contents of any Submissions and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Submissions. We do not pre-screen or monitor Submissions. However, we have the right at our sole discretion to remove or delete any Submissions that you Transmit or attempt to Transmit, to terminate your access to the website, to close your account, and to reject any orders, all without giving our reason for doing so.
INFINTURE is not responsible for the loss or damage of your Submissions. We are not obligated to store and preserve your Submission. We may delete all Submissions as soon as Products have been shipped. If you desire a copy of your Submission, you should arrange to independently record or preserve your Submission.
When you use the Website or order Products, you represent and warrant that all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested by INFINTURE to complete your order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your INFINTURE login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You agree to immediately notify INFINTURE of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to let us, in our sole discretion, display your Submissions and finished Products on the Website and distribute samples of your Products.
Production Lead Time
Production lead time is about 1-2 weeks for normal requirement count starting from the date of receive payment and artwork without modification.
Delivery / Shipping
Normally destination in HK is 2-4 days, but for far away location such as outlying islands, Tung Chung…and so on, please select option of delivery to nearest post office, goods will be only delivered to post office for your picking up.
Additional cost will be quoted for far away locations in HK. If courier service can’t reach your location, goods will be delivery to nearest post office and return the difference of delivery cost.
For oversea’s delivery, delivery transit time will be updated online once getting confirmation from courier. You can check the delivery status for your order after login in section of My Account. Delivery charge calculator for oversea order only count for order within 20pcs, an additional charge will be added if your order over 20pcs, please contact our cs at cs@infinture.com for assistance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or other situations beyond our control, or for any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time. Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order and delivering it. We are not liable for damages that occur in delivery.
Returns and Cancellations
INFINTURE will send your order within *7 to 21 days, which is subject to artwork received time, difficulty of artwork and the order quantity. We will have full refund in case we cannot send out within mutual agree schedule. (*Remark: Delivery/shipping transit time is not included in the period.)
We are happy to refund fully refund fully the product cost if the item is defective due to our error. Please send us an email attaching the image of the defective item, we will judge if it is a normal defect without human affected defect. Returns other than our error is not applicable.
Some items may be out of stock when ordered. We will notify you if they are out of stock; you may either change and/or cancel your order. If you want to change your order, we will help you to cancel the out of stock item, then, you can place a new order.
Return / Refund Process
You can send e-mail to us in the contact us section. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the order items, color, size and delivery address. Return / Refund can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.
In order to process your returns / refunds as quickly as possible, please send following information to us for clarifying the defect:
A copy of your order
A copy of your waybill
Reason for return
Photo of packing
Photo of defect item
When sending items for return / refund, the products should be preferably packaged in their original box, and sent by ordinary certified mail to the address we gave you in the return authorization process.
Return Authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
Products can be returned or refunded if there is a quality problem within 10days after receiving the goods subject to below criteria:
1. Products can be returned / refunded provided that the products are in new, clean condition, however, only once.
2. Products are attached with original tags and packing
3. Products are regular priced items. No return on items during promotion period.
4. Effective order is needed for product return / refund
5. Oversea order (out of HK) cannot be returned, refund will be made for oversea order.
6. Refund will be made for out of stock item.
7. INFINTURE reserves the right for final decision.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, return item or credit will be processed against the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days after receipt for processing your refund. The refund transaction may be updated in the next or the one after next statement.
